Hipotels Rewards is a loyalty programme from the Hipotels Hotels & Resorts brand. The aim of the programme is to reward those guests who have made their booking via the official website (www.hipotels.com). To do this, members of the programme will receive a card with their personal client number with which they can accumulate points that can later be exchanged for gifts or promotions.
Via the webpage www.hipotels.com you can register and access your personal profile as a member of the programme:
Once registered, you will be given a user ID.
The way to obtain points is by bookings made on the website www.hipotels.com. Once the booking is finalised, you will be assigned the corresponding points which will remain classified as “pending confirmation”. 7 days following your stay at the hotel, those points will become “confirmed” and can then be used to participate in the various Hipotels promotions.
In the event that a booking which gave rise to points is cancelled or modified, the points will be proportionally cancelled or modified.
Yes, points must be used within a maximum period of three years from the date that they were awarded. To the contrary, the points will automatically be eliminated from the system.
You can exchange your points gained with each booking, as long as they have the “confirmed” status. On your control panel you will see the products, services and discounts with the corresponding equivalent in points so that you can exchange them in any Hipotels establishment. Please be aware that the exchange will be effected once you are staying at the hotel. Once the points have been exchanged, it is not possible to request a refund or change the gift ordered.
Depending on the product or service that you wish to use your points for, you have the possibility of doing so at a different hotel from the one where you are staying. Products and services that do not offer this possibility will not appear in the list of options.
You can check your points balance on the Hipotels website, in the "client area", where you will find a detailed statement of all the account movements, current points balance and the products, services or discounts that you can access with that balance. You can also obtain this information at any of our hotel receptions, as well as make any transaction that you wish, providing you present official ID or your passport.
Yes, you can, as long as the beneficiary is registered with the HIPOTELS loyalty programme. From your control panel you can effect the transfer just by entering the ID number of the recipient.
Points cannot be purchased with cash. The only way to obtain points is by booking at www.hipotels.com.
To cancel your membership, you need to send an email to the following address: customer@hipotels.com. Hipotels will deal with your request immediately and you will receive a confirmation email.
Your personal data as the title holder of the points will be included in your user profile in order that HIPOTELS can manage the points system effectively, to personalise services, and to send personalised communications regarding products and services from the Hipotels group. At any time, you may revoke your consent to the points above mentioned by sending an email to: customer@hipotels.com. Personal data belonging to members will be managed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation and are subject, when applicable, to that stated in Law 7/1998 of the 13th of April regarding General Conditions of Contracting, RDL 1/2007 of the 16th of November where the amended text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws has been accepted together with Directive 97/7/CEE of the 20th of May 1997, applicable to contracts formulated via the internet between consumer and provider, and, in any case, to the Organic Law 15/1999 regarding the Protection of Personal Data and the regulations contained therein and Law 34/2002 of the 11th of July regarding Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
